1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the geng cuci platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy us, which together form the entire agreement between you and geng cuci.

2 Registration Eligibility

To register as a geng cuci member, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3 Account & Member Responsibilities

Once your account has been registered and verified, you are fully responsible for all activities that take place within that account. Your responsibilities as a member include:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Ensure that the personal information in your account is always kept up to date and accurate.
• Notify the geng cuci customer support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all bets and transactions made through your account.

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Withdrawal & Processing

Geng cuci is committed to processing member withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The following terms govern the withdrawal process:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.
• An account must have completed the full KYC process before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times typically range from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the withdrawal method and amount requested.
• Geng cuci reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement is not eligible for withdrawal until that requirement is fulfilled.
• Withdrawals requested while an account investigation is in progress may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Account Termination

An account may be terminated at the member's own request or by geng cuci on reasonable grounds. The terms governing account termination are as follows:

• Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the geng cuci customer support team.
• Geng cuci reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if suspicious activity or a breach of these Terms is detected.
• If an account is closed at the member's request, any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal after all security checks are completed.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms are not eligible for any refund of remaining balances.
• Members who apply for self-exclusion on responsible gambling grounds will receive full support from our team.

10 Liability Limits

Geng cuci shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party failures.
• Losses incurred as a result of wagering decisions made by the member themselves.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.

In all circumstances, geng cuci's maximum total liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
